Excerpts from the real estate cadastre show and describe all parcels and buildings (properties) of the FHH.
They are required for all kinds of construction work, to apply for a building permit or for notaries who certify purchase contracts.
Excerpts in the form of parcel and ownership evidence, inventory evidence and excerpts from the real estate map are offered for a fee.
Extracts from the property map are created there up to the size 297 × 420 mm (DIN A3).

Procedure & Fees
Procedure
- Online: You can access the online service via the HamburgService link. The selected documents are called up there.
- The applicable fees are paid by credit card or direct debit.
- E-mail, fax or letter: The owner of a piece of land, a leaseholder or an authorized person draws up an order.
- The documents are then sent as PDF files by email together with the notification of fees or sent in paper form by post.
Processing time
On-line:
- Customer : Approximately 15 minutes for the selection of the product, if the Internet setting allows pop-up windows.
- LGV:
- Products with a legitimate interest check take around 2-3 working days
- Products without legitimate interest within one day
Email, fax or letter: About 3-7 working days
Fees
The basis is the fee schedule for official surveying and the expert committee for property values in Hamburg (GebOVerm) in the currently applicable version.
