For people with right-wing orientation and their social environment, there is now a new counseling service in Hamburg: The change of course project offers support in distancing yourself from the right-wing scene. Persons directly affected and their relatives can take advantage of the new counseling and educational offer, as can specialists and multipliers in social and youth work. They should be able to adequately support people in their social environment who are willing to distance themselves and drop out. Change of course - exit work on the right is carried out by the Christian Youth Village Association of Germany (CJD). The consultation is free and absolutely confidential.
In addition to this new project, Hamburg, as part of the state program together with Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Bremen, is offering an exit offer for right-wing extremists and officials. The right-wing extremism and violence center (ARUG) from Braunschweig was commissioned to implement this offer.
