Prerequisites
The following information is required:
- Justification for the purpose of using the vehicle
- Information on the activities to be carried out
- License number
If necessary, more detailed information on the location is required if an exemption is only requested for certain streets or, for example, a pedestrian zone.
Documents required
- informal, written application (if necessary on company header sheet) with justification,
- Information on the affected route, the construction site, the weight of the vehicle and the transported goods and the period of use
- Copy of the vehicle registration document
- Order confirmation, if available
Please note
The LBV is responsible if the approval is to be valid for longer than 3 months. Otherwise the responsibility lies with the local police station.
The exemption is granted for a maximum of one year.
