Different opening times apply in all Hamburg customer centers at the end of the year:
On Fridays, December 23rd and 30th, 2022, the customer centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. The customer centers Alstertal and Süderelbe as well as the mobile locations (Bramfeld, Walddörfer, Finkenwerder and Wilhelmsburg) can still be reached during the usual opening hours.
Masks are no longer compulsory in the departments. This applies to both our customers and our employees. However, we still recommend wearing a mouth and nose protector for your own protection and the protection of others.
Furthermore, a visit to the customer center is only possible with an appointment. You can book an appointment online (www.hamburg.de/kundenzentrum) or by telephone on 040 115. There you will also receive information about services that are currently only provided in writing.

Der Hausbriefkasten für alle Dienststellen im Dienstleistungszentrum befindet sich neben Eingang C. Behindertenparkplätze sind unter dem CCB mit direktem Zugang zu den Treppenhäusern/Fahrstühlen vorhanden. Das Parkhaus ist kostenpflichtig.
