The initial issuance of a residence permit to holders of tolerated status and asylum seekers takes place at the Central Aliens Authority at the Office for Migration. Foreigners who already have a valid visa or residence permit and EU citizens should contact the responsible A location of the Hamburg Service on site.

Application form, passport, ID, replacement ID, evidence of income, apartment, marriage, birth, passport photo (s), etc. You can also inquire by phone.
