You are a foreign national and are legally residing in Hamburg for the purpose of training, gainful employment or family reunification. As an employee or freelancer, you can get an appointment if your expected income exceeds the value limit according to Section 18 b (2) sentence 2 of the Residence Act (currently EUR 43,992). If your stay is aimed at the purpose of family reunification, the person you are joining must be responsible.

Alternatively, you can contact the customer centers or your local immigration office.
