Detailed description
The competent authority is responsible for the safe operation of construction sites and emission control.
These include:
- Control and monitoring of occupational safety for employees on construction sites
- Control and monitoring of the safety of pedestrians
- Control and monitoring of emissions protection for passers-by, such as construction noise and dust
- Advice and information for all those involved in the construction
Not included:
- Construction sites with hazardous substances such as asbestos or mineral fibers
- Occupation of public areas by construction site materials or construction site vehicles
- Work on federally owned railway lines
- Advice and information on construction types, building permits or similar
