Confirmation that a certificate of good conduct is/has been applied for; certificates of good conduct from the tax office and health insurance company; application for swearing in and public appointment including assurance that there is no double swearing in; assurance that orderly economic circumstances exist and no business prohibition proceedings have been initiated; CV, proof of training and qualifications; photograph; company description; extract from the central business register

As an expert, you must meet the following requirements: Proof of special expertise, the necessary practical experience and the ability to prepare reports; Orderly financial circumstances; Entry in the Chamber of Craftsmen's Register; Necessary facilities available. As an expert, you can also be publicly appointed and sworn in if you can prove many years of successful and qualified professional activity.
