Questions as to whether bankruptcy applications have been made can only be made in writing to the bankruptcy court. Written inquiries can only be made by post or fax. Processing by email is not possible.
The Internet portal 'Insolvency Announcements' can be used to check whether proceedings are in progress (see link).
The fax no. is timely.
The bankruptcy court is only responsible for proceedings from 1999 onwards. The bankruptcy court is responsible for proceedings up to 1998.
