Prerequisites
Anyone wishing to open a care service must submit a target group-oriented care concept, a violence prevention concept, informational materials from the care service, and the registration form. For services in shared living arrangements, the following documents are required: the number of residents and their number of users, the planned number of staff, informational materials from the care service, and certified copies of the qualification certificates of the service manager and the head of nursing. The managing director/operator requires an extended police clearance certificate and an extract from the central business register.

- Certificate of good conduct for submission to authorities

Evidence of the professional career of the company management and the nursing service management must be attached in the original or as a certified photocopy.
Please note
The notification must contain the following additional information and documents:
- the planned start date of operations,
- the names and addresses of the care service and the operator,
- the nursing concept of the nursing service,
- Violence prevention concept
- the name, professional training and career of the company and nursing service management as well as
- the number and addresses of the shared living arrangements cared for by the care service within the meaning of Section 2 Paragraph 3.
Deadlines
Six weeks or three months before the planned commissioning.
