In the Port of Hamburg, all suitable solutions for waste disposal of oily residues, ship sewage, chemicals and solid waste are offered for seagoing ships, but also for inland and port ships.
13 tankers with a carrying capacity of approx. 6150 cubic meters, including three tankers for the transport of highly flammable liquids, are available ROUND THE CLOCK for the disposal of solid and liquid waste on the waterside.
In addition, a large number of land-based disposal options for solid waste.
Every year 2000 disposals of approx. 45,000 cubic meters of oily residues from ship operations are proof of an exemplary waste disposal infrastructure in the Port of Hamburg.
