This is how you can apply for your producer number: Fill out the above application in pdf format and send it back by e-mail to , fax or by post. Or you can print out the first three pages (cover sheet and responsible declaration VE) of your first waste disposal certificate and send them with an informal application by post or fax to the Environment and Energy Authority (see below).
