Financing practical training (in the social pedagogy orientation semester)

Prerequisites

- As an applicant daycare provider, you must have joined the state framework agreement 'Childcare in Day Care Facilities' (LRV Kita) of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.

- You have an Elster organizational certificate to authenticate yourself in the online service.

- You employ at least one person requiring supervision who is in the social pedagogy orientation semester (SPO) according to § 3a APO-SPA.

- You employ at least one person who, in the course of their supervisory duties, meets the following requirements:

- The person has at least two years of professional experience and possesses one of the following professional qualifications:

- State-certified educator,

- Social worker (female/male)

- Early childhood educator

- Special education teacher,

- Special education teachers or special education teachers

- Special education teacher/caregiver

A written form is not required.

An informal application is not possible.

A personal appearance is not necessary.

Deadlines

You can only apply for funding for practical training during the current social pedagogy orientation semester.


The durations are as follows:


- February 1st to July 31st


- August 1st to January 31st




Remark:


The application, including a fully completed CSV file, must be submitted by the last day of the respective SPO.

Procedure

The instruction allowance for people who are in the social pedagogical orientation semester according to § 3a APO-SPA can only be applied for by Hamburg daycare providers after authentication via an Elster organization certificate using this online service.

- You start the online service

- You confirm the privacy policy

- You confirm that you meet the following three requirements or confirm their content:

- Refinancing agreement

- Timeframe & implementation of the practical training

- Availability of evidence

- You fill in the information about the applicant.

- You fill in the information about the applicant company, which you can find in: My Company Account (MUK)

- You download the sample CSV file provided in the online service, enter your data for the practical training instructions into the CSV file, save it and upload it to the online service.

Your uploaded CSV file will be immediately checked for errors. If any errors are found, they will be displayed, and you will be asked to correct them within the CSV file. Once you have done this, upload the CSV file again. If errors are found again, the process will be repeated. If no errors are found, you will receive a confirmation message, and you can click "continue."

You have reached the end of the online service and can view, download, and save a summary of your application in PDF format. You also have the option to download and save your CSV file here.

- You can enter an email address to receive a delivery confirmation.

- To complete the application process, click the "Submit" button.
