Show information officers for pharmaceutical companies

Prerequisites

• Information officers must have the necessary expertise and reliability.
• Information officers require a university degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, human or veterinary medicine,
• Alternatively, the person responsible for information can provide evidence of completed training in the previously mentioned areas or proof of employment as a pharmaceutical representative.

• Certificate of training (copy)
• CV
• Certificate of good conduct (copy)
• Form “Declaration of Designation”
• Declaration of Commitment

Deadlines

You must immediately report any changes concerning the person responsible for information.

Procedure

• You must notify the relevant authority of the appointment of the information officer in writing or electronically. Attach all required documents to the notification.
• The responsible authority will check your notification for formal correctness and completeness.
• You may be asked to provide further documents or information.
• The relevant authority is reviewing your complaint.
• Your advertisement can be approved or rejected.
• You will be notified of the decision.
• A fee schedule will then be prepared and sent to you with a request for payment.

Processing takes at least 4 weeks.
