Detailed description

The Pharmaceuticals Division of the Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection oversees the manufacture and trade of medicinal products at pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and, of course, pharmacies. We also ensure the proper conduct of clinical trials with medicinal products, donor protection in accordance with the Transfusion Act, the safe production of tissue preparations, and advise the institutions under our supervision on matters of pharmaceutical law. This results in various key areas of focus for the Pharmaceuticals Division, which we present individually on these web pages:
