Class and group lists are required to prepare for school dental examinations. As the responsible representative of a school in Hamburg, you must compile the class and group lists for the school dental examinations and submit them to the responsible office.



With your support, you ensure that all children are registered and that examinations can be planned and conducted efficiently. School dental examinations take place directly at your school and are conducted by dentists and their teams.

  • You are authorized to create and submit class or group lists for your school.
  • You have the current class or group lists complete and all students are listed in the lists.
  • You have created a separate Excel file for each class.

  • You must complete the questionnaire form in the online service provided by the school dental service.

  • The responsible office will only contact you if they have questions about your reported class and group lists.
