As the operator of a petrol station, you must report it to the responsible authority before putting it into operation.

The responsible authority will tell you which documents you need to submit with your notification.

If you do not submit the report, submit it incorrectly, incompletely or too late, you are committing an administrative offense.

Submit the notification before you put the gas station into operation.

You submit your report to the authority responsible for you.
The responsible authority will review your report.
If necessary, the responsible authority will request further documents from you.

There is no statutory processing time.

No legal remedy is provided.
