Telecommunications line: minor construction work required

Prerequisites

• You are the owner or proprietor of the telecommunications line or network in question.
• You wish to undertake a structural modification that can be classified as minor.

Documents required

• Current site plans at a scale of 1:500 based on the official real estate cadastre information system ALKIS digital, from which the following can be seen:
  • Location and extent of the area used
  • Space for necessary equipment, excavated material, barriers
  • Street and house numbers of the affected public roads
  • When laying cables, specify the exact location of the cable endpoints, including street and house number.
  • Clear identification and demarcation of the traffic types on the affected public roads (for example, roadway, footpath or cycle path),
  • When laying cables, the cable route should include location and elevation data.
  • Exact location of above-ground electrical cabinets, including the remaining width of the sidewalk, if these are the subject of the advertisement.
  • Trees up to a distance of 5 meters from their crown drip line,
    • with exact location and diameter of trunk and crown drip line (in public spaces according to the data from the digital tree register)
• Description of all planned, closed construction methods
• For multiple excavation sites: each with its own local name.
• In case of representation: Written power of attorney

Deadlines

You must submit the notification before you begin your work.


If there are any objections, the responsible authority must inform you within 10 working days of receiving your complete application.


You must submit a completion notification no later than 6 days after the end of your work.

Procedure

• They report the minor construction work by submitting all necessary documents.
• The responsible authority will review your application and may request further necessary documents or information from you.
• Upon successful completion, you will receive written confirmation.
• They begin the measure.
• Once the measure is completed, you submit a completion notification.

Processing time

Processing takes a maximum of 10 days.

Fees

Administrative fees apply. The amount depends on the nature of your project.
