Please note
In Germany, the ship register is maintained by various local courts, not by a central register. Jurisdiction is determined by the ship's home port or registered office. Hamburg has the largest ship register in Germany, which is maintained digitally.
The local court does not provide legal advice. Please contact a law firm or notary's office of your choice for legal advice.
