If you wish to put into operation a stationary facility for transferring or storing petrol, fuel mixtures or naphtha that does not require a permit, you must notify the competent authority in advance.


Facilities that do not have to undergo an approval procedure within the meaning of the Federal Immission Control Act do not require approval.
