You are planning a major accident-relevant change in an operating area within the meaning of the Major Accident Ordinance or an associated facility.
Documents required
Complete notification: Your notification must contain specific information about the incident-relevant change that has occurred.
Please note
You are committing an administrative offence if you do not report a change to the operating area or a facility within the operating area that is relevant to a major accident, or if you do not report it correctly, completely, in the prescribed manner or in a timely manner.
Deadlines
Indicate the incident-relevant change one month before it comes into effect.
