Detailed description

If

  • the operator,
  • the registered office of the operator or
  • the responsible person

of an operating area within the meaning of the Major Accident Ordinance, you must report this to the responsible authority.

 

Information

Prerequisites

  • You operate an operating area within the meaning of the Major Accident Ordinance or an associated facility.
  • You would like to change the information about the operator, the operating area or the person responsible for the operating area.

Documents required

  • Full display
    • Your ad must contain the following information:
      • New name or new company of the operator and full address of the relevant operating area
      • New registered office and full address of the operator
      • New name and function of the person responsible for the operational area, if this is not the operator

Please note

You are committing an administrative offence if you do not report the change of the operator of the business area or the person responsible for the business area, do not report it correctly, do not report it completely, do not report it in the prescribed manner or do not report it in a timely manner.

Deadlines

Display the change at least one month before it takes effect.

Procedure

  • You submit the complete notification in writing to the responsible authority.
  • The responsible authority will review your report and request further information from you if necessary.

Processing time

There is no statutory processing time.

There are costs involved.
