Submit a measurement report on continuous measurements of air pollutants at biological waste treatment plants

Prerequisites

• They operate a plant for the biological treatment of waste.
• You have put the system into operation.

Please note

You commit an administrative offence if you:

• Do not evaluate measurements, do not evaluate them correctly or do not evaluate them completely,
• do not submit the measurement report on time,
• do not keep the records of the measuring instruments used for at least 5 years after the measurement report has been drawn up.

Deadlines

• Send the measurement report to the responsible authority within 3 months of the end of each calendar year.


• Keep the measurement report for at least 5 years.

Procedure

• You continuously measure the air pollutants in your facility.
• Based on the measurement results, you create a measurement report.
• You check the measurement report and submit it to the responsible authority.
• The responsible agency will review your report and request additional documents or information from you if necessary.
