Detailed description
After the final hearing of insolvency proceedings, do assets or monetary values become known that belong to the insolvency estate?
This may be the case, for example, if:
- retained amounts become available for distribution
- Amounts that initially had to be paid from the insolvency estate will flow back into the insolvency estate
- further items of the mass are identified
Under certain conditions, the insolvency court can order the supplementary distribution without a motion. The insolvency administrator or you as a creditor can also request the subsequent distribution.
The supplemental distribution allows you to access these assets.
The insolvency administrator then distributes the money to the creditors. The amount they receive depends on the claims listed in the so-called final list.
