Your application should contain the following information:
The specific installations with carbon dioxide emissions are listed in Annex 1 Part 2 numbers 1 to 32 of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Act (TEHG).
You need approval before you start operating the systems, sub-systems, parts of systems or ancillary equipment of systems that release carbon dioxide.
Check with the relevant office to find out how long processing will take.
Check with the relevant authority to see if there are any costs involved.
