Detailed description

You can apply for an exemption if you need to drive through a bollard system. Bollards are posts that block off certain streets or areas.


An exception is possible if, for example:

  • have a rented parking space in the restricted area,
  • as a craft business have to work in the cordoned-off area or
  • as a nursing service, provide care to a person in the cordoned-off area.

With the exemption, you are then allowed to enter the area despite the bollards.

Prerequisites

  • You can demonstrate a legitimate interest in entering the restricted area. This includes, for example:
    • You have a rented parking space in the closed area.
    • You have property in the restricted area.
    • You have official duties in the cordoned-off area.

  • Evidence of your legitimate interest (e.g. rental agreement, proof of ownership, proof of intended use)

You can only apply for an exemption online. The service can also be booked as a contingent with independent user management.

  • You submit your application to the responsible authority using the provided online process. Fill out the application and attach the required documents.
  • The responsible authority will examine your application and request any missing documents or information from you.
  • The responsible authority will decide on your application and inform you of the decision in writing.

Per vehicle or fixed parking space: 110.00 EUR


plus for optional vehicles in the quota procedure: 27.00 EUR
