If you want to operate a commercial gaming agency, you need a permit.

Detailed description

As a commercial gaming agency, you are not a sales office, a lottery collector or a betting agency. Rather, you broker individual gaming contracts to organizers. You also bring together players interested in gaming to form gaming communities and broker their participation in the game to an organizer.

If you want to broker gambling, you need a license. You must apply for the license from the responsible authority. The license is issued for a limited period and may contain additional conditions.

They have the necessary reliability.
They comply with the applicable regulations on child protection, internet bans, advertising restrictions and information on addiction risks.
They carry out the mediation properly and comprehensibly.
They participate in the banning system and ensure the exclusion of banned players.
They ensure that two thirds of the collected amounts are forwarded to the event organizer.
You guarantee that the mediation is disclosed to the organizer each time you participate in a game.
You appoint a trustee to keep the gaming receipts.
They allow each player to view his or her own game receipts.

The commercial brokering of lotteries through local sales outlets is not permitted. Sales are only possible via the Internet; brokering through local shops is not permitted.
