The continuing education courses offered by the Hamburg Adult Education Centre (VHS) are generally accessible to you due to their diversity in content, methodology and organisation, their presence in all Hamburg districts, the consideration of target group and minority interests and an appropriate price/performance ratio. We support lifelong learning of the individual by focusing on the wide range of educational interests in different phases of life and contexts. We assume that teaching and learning partners are fundamentally equal and view the learning groups as places of social encounter in which tolerance, respect and understanding for different perspectives are promoted.
