Detailed description
If you are a member of a cultivation association, you are allowed to transport cannabis between the properties of your association. However, there is a limit on the quantity: you are allowed to transport up to 25 grams without having to do anything.
However, if you want to transport more than 25 grams, you must notify us in advance. This will ensure that the transport complies with legal requirements and that no misunderstandings arise.
Transport is only permitted if the parts of the protected property are either directly connected to each other spatially or if the following conditions are met:
- The quantity transported does not exceed one twelfth of the permitted annual domestic production quantity according to Section 13 paragraph 3.
- The cannabis is transported in a container that is secured against access by unauthorized third parties, especially children and young people.
- You must report the date, the start and destination address as well as the quantity and type of cannabis to the competent authority in writing or electronically at least one working day before transport.
- The transport is carried out by at least one member of the growers’ association or accompanied by him.
During transport, you must carry the following documents with you: your membership card, an analogue or digital copy of your growers' association's permit and a transport certificate issued and signed by an authorised representative.
