The online service of the office of the Appraisal Committee for Property Values provides you, depending on the product selection, with information on:
- the provisional comparative value of a property including buildings. Provisional means that the special property-specific characteristics such as structural damage are not taken into account.
- the preliminary land value (price level for land without buildings)
- land value converted to the type and extent of use of the property to be valued
- Building factor (estimated value per m² of living space or commercial space)
- yield factor (ratio of estimated value / annual net rent)
- property interest rate (calculation parameter of the income approach)
- asset value factor (calculation parameter of the asset value method)
Depending on the product you choose, you will be asked interactively for the necessary information about the object.
