Prerequisites
To use the online service you need a separate activation. The following is absolutely necessary:
- Your certificate of appointment (PDF) as a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the determination of property values or
- Your certificate (PDF) in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 for proof of expertise as an expert for the property valuation of a certification body accredited by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH. (https://www.dakks.de/de/akkreditierte-stellen-suche.html)
Documents required
Proof of identity is required for activation.
When providing information, data on the property to be valued, whose market value is to be determined, is requested in order to specify the legitimate interest.
Please note
The following applies to the provision of purchase cases for the AAK:
- Sales only (no foreclosures)
- Only independently usable objects (no mixed uses or packages)
- No unusual and personal circumstances
- No special pricing features (rates, pensions, additional services)
- No other circumstances influencing the value (for example: easements)
- No hereditary building rights
- Living space and year of construction are known
The information includes up to 50 individual georeferenced data sets as an Excel table.
The data provided may only be used for the purpose for which the information was provided. It may only be made available to third parties in a form that does not allow direct assignment to the property in question.
Deadlines
The activation of the service is limited to the validity period of the certificate mentioned (see requirements), but can be extended.
