As a caterer, you have the option to retrieve data on lunch participation.

The prerequisite for this is that you work at a general education school in Hamburg and have previously registered as a company for the online service “Data retrieval for caterers at Hamburg schools”. If you have the appropriate authority, you will be activated for the online service by the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training.

You will only receive the data from the school you are responsible for. The data can always be accessed as a complete package, updated daily.

You must have a company account with the Hamburg Service Portal.
You must apply to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training to use the online service “Data retrieval for caterers at Hamburg schools” in the Hamburg service portal.
You must then be activated for the online service by the School and Vocational Education Authority.
