An urban redevelopment measure is intended to redesign areas in order to remedy urban development deficiencies.


If the planned renovation measures affect you in any way, you can get involved.


As a public interest group, you will be asked to provide a statement if you are affected


The results of the participation will be incorporated into the preparatory investigations in an appropriate manner.

The redevelopment statute generally consists of:

  • Statutes text including details such as objectives, the designated redevelopment area, the catalog of measures, and other information.
  • Plan drawing (overview plan, land use plan, development plan)
  • Legend for the maps
  • Justification including, for example, a statement of the decisions and considerations.
  • Documents such as expert opinions, investigations and other

Deadlines

You can participate for at least 30 days from the public announcement.


As authorities and other public interest groups, you must submit your statement no later than 30 days after the request.

Procedure

The commencement of a preliminary study for the redevelopment of an urban area is being publicly announced. The announcement will specify the available communication channels for public participation. You can

  • On-line,
  • In written form,
  • Orally or for recording on site at the responsible authority or
  • during a public participation event

participate.



As a public authority or body representing public interests, you will be asked to submit a statement online if an impact has been identified.



The submitted comments will be reviewed by the responsible authority after the deadline. The municipal council will then consider the comments and make a decision.


Other private and public interests will be taken into account. You will be notified of the decision.

The duration of the procedure is variable and depends on the volume of comments received.
