Detailed description
If you have been informed by letter that you have committed a traffic violation, you will also be informed that you can attend the hearing. The hearing will give you the opportunity to comment on the accusation. The hearing will give you the opportunity to:
- to comment on an allegation and to take a position
- to appoint another driver
- to change personal data (for example, address when moving)
- to view evidence photos online
- upload attachments
You are not obliged to use the opportunity to attend a hearing. If you have committed an offence that is subject to a fine, you do not have to provide any information online. It is sufficient if you pay the fine on time. If a fine procedure has already been initiated, the fine notice may be issued more quickly if you use the hearing and admit that you have committed the offence.
