Show changes in a prostitution business

Prerequisites

• You have a valid permit to operate a prostitution business
• The intended changes must not be opposed by the grounds for refusal pursuant to Section 14 of the Prostitutes Protection Act (ProstSchG).

Documents required

In case of changes in the operating concept:

• Operating concept

In the event of changes to persons (who are subject to the reliability check, such as representation, management, supervision, etc.):

• Name first Name
• See application procedure for: “Reliability of persons working in the prostitution industry verification”

If the company data or data of the legal representative changes

• The documents and evidence relating to the change.

In case of changes to the personal data of the person operating the data

• The documents and evidence relating to the change.

Changes to the personal data of persons subject to the reliability check, such as representation, management, supervision, etc.

Deadlines

You must notify us of any planned changes immediately.

Procedure

• You submit the notification of changes in the prostitution business and the relevant documents to the responsible authority.
• The responsible authority checks the documents and, if necessary, carries out a reliability check.
• If the examination is positive, the responsible authority will make the changes to the permit to operate a prostitution business.

Processing time

If the documents are complete, the notification will be processed promptly.

Fees

Depends on the respective administrative fee regulations of the state or on the fee regulations of the bodies responsible under state law.
