Prerequisites

• You have a valid license to operate a prostitution business.

Documents required

• In case of changes in the operating concept:
  • Adapted operating concept
• In the case of changes to persons subject to the reliability check, such as deputy, management, supervision:
  • Name first Name
  • Consent to check reliability
• In the event of changes to the personal data of persons subject to the reliability check, such as representatives, managers, supervisors:
  • Name first Name
  • The documents and evidence relating to the change
• In case of changes to the company data or data of the legal representative:
  • The documents and evidence relating to the change
• In case of changes to the personal data of the person operating the service:
  • The documents and evidence relating to the change

You must display changes immediately.

Procedure

• You submit the notification of changes in the prostitution industry and the relevant documents to the responsible authority.
• The responsible authority will review the documents and conduct a background check for personnel changes affecting management, supervision, or representation. If the check is negative, the responsible authority may prohibit you from employing the person in your prostitution business.
• If the decision is positive, the competent authority will make the changes to the permit to operate a prostitution business.

The processing time depends on the individual case.

Fees

The fees in question are standard fees according to the fee schedule for official acts under the Prostitute Protection Act, plus expenses for delivery.
