Prerequisites
- Complete application documents must be submitted.
- Funding for small and medium-sized commercial and craft companies as well as freelancers.
- Registered office or at least one business premises in Hamburg in which the funded measure is used.
- Only projects that have not yet started can be funded.

- grant application
- SME Statement
- De Minimis Declaration
- Offers
- Proof of business activity
- Power of attorney and copy of the identity card of the principal (not applicable if no power of attorney is granted)
- Trade tax registration and input tax requirement certificate from the responsible Hamburg tax office (applies to start-up companies)
- Legitimation of the applicant or the authorized representative
Documents to be submitted for Hamburg Digital "Invest" Module II
- grant application
- SME Statement
- De Minimis Declaration
- Offer
- Proof of business activity
- Power of attorney and copy of the identity card of the principal (not applicable if no power of attorney is granted)
- Implementation concept (if Module I has already been used and the application for funding includes the implementation of the results from Module I)
- Statement on eligibility for funding (if you have used Module I and have an implementation concept, this point does not apply)
- Trade tax registration and input tax requirement certificate from the responsible Hamburg tax office (applies to start-up companies)
- Legitimation of the applicant or the authorized representative

Please note that the application must be submitted by the company itself. The possibility of authorization in the application does not refer to the integrated consulting company, but to authorized representatives in the company submitting the application.
