Police clearance certificate for submission to an authority: (Address; Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, Postfach 11 15 47, 20414 Hamburg, intended use - permit according to § 34d GewO -)

• extract from the central Register of trade and commerce
• certificate in tax matters
• Proof of professional liability insurance
• Certificate of competence
• at jur. Person: extract from the commercial register.

Please note

The certificate of good conduct, the information from the central trade register and the proof of professional liability insurance must not be older than 3 months at the time of the application. For the application and the required attachments, see also Doc. No. 41798 at www.hk24.de.

Please fill out the applications directly online. You can then print it out and send it to us signed with the required documents to the address given in the address field of the application documents.

Processing time

Since we are dependent on supplies from other offices and authorities, the processing time for new applications is three to four weeks.

240 EUR
