Certificate of no objection for explosives law training courses

Prerequisites

• They are personally suitable (no limitations in mental or physical health, no drug or alcohol addiction)
• You are at least 21 years old (exceptions possible)
• If residing abroad: additionally, a certificate of good conduct from the country of residence.

• Identity card or passport
• If applicable, a medical certificate confirming physical fitness
• If applicable, a certificate of good conduct from the country of residence (if residing abroad)

Deadlines

• Applications must be submitted at least 3 months before the intended participation in the course.


• The certificate of no objection is valid for one year.

Procedure

• Please complete the application form in full (online or in writing).
• Send the application along with the required documents to the responsible authority.
• The authority will review your application and may request further documents.
• The notification will be sent to you by email or post.
• The fee notice will usually be sent to you later.

Processing time

The processing usually takes 6 to 8 weeks.
