Detailed description
Change in the current school year to primary level/secondary level I (during the year):
- The change is applied for in the main school using form AS 80.
- The schools involved (main school and desired schools) can clarify a change by mutual agreement without involving the authorities.
- If it is not considered sensible or possible to switch between the regular school and the desired school, the regular school will reject the application.
- If a change cannot be clarified between the schools, the authority will decide.
Change at the end/beginning of the school year:
--> Change in grades 1-6 or 8-10
- The change is applied for in the main school using form AS 80.
- The schools involved (main school and desired schools) can clarify a change by mutual agreement without involving the authorities.
- If it is not considered sensible or possible to switch between the regular school and the desired school, the regular school will reject the application.
- If a change cannot be clarified between the schools, the authority will decide.
--> Change to grade 7
- The change is applied for at the main school using form AS 80a.
- A central distribution procedure is carried out for the change from year 6 of the grammar school to year 7 of the district school. Shortly before the holidays, the authorities decide on the distribution of the children.
- All applicants will receive notifications at the beginning of the holidays, with which the decisions will be communicated.
Change in high school:
The schools involved clarify the change among themselves or the pupils or their legal guardians contact the schools of their choice directly. There is no provision for the authority to be involved.
