Are there conflicts when creating the cooperation plan in the job center? The ÖRA's external arbitration board can support you in finding a common solution.
  •

Detailed description

Mediation cooperation plan for citizens' money
The independent arbitration board can be involved in the event of disagreements regarding the creation or updating of the cooperation plan for citizens' money.

What is the cooperation plan?

With the introduction of citizens' money, the integration agreement will be replaced by the cooperation plan. In a conversation, you and your integration specialist will find out which steps are planned to achieve a goal and how the job center can support you. The result is recorded in the cooperation plan and continued regularly.

What happens if no agreement seems possible?

If there are differences of opinion, the arbitration procedure can be initiated. The arbitration procedure is carried out by the Public Legal Information Office (ÖRA). An impartial mediator will help you find an amicable solution.

Participation in the arbitration process is voluntary.
