Prerequisites
- You are at least 18 years old. This also applies to your deputy.
- You have a valid permit to organize or conduct prostitution events.
- She or the person designated as her representative will lead the prostitution event on site (event management).
- An event concept was developed that describes the spatial, organizational and temporal framework of the prostitution event and concretizes the statements of the operating concept.
- The buildings, rooms and other fixed or mobile facilities intended for the event meet the following requirements:
- are not visible from the outside,
- have a suitable emergency call system
- the doors can be opened from the inside at any time
- are not intended for use as living space or bedroom
- have adequate sanitary facilities, suitable lounge and break rooms, and individually lockable storage facilities for personal belongings.
- The location and time of the event must not violate the protection of the people working there, customers, young people, residents and the general public.
Documents required
- Copy of the permit to organize or conduct prostitution events
- Copy of authorization to represent, if applicable
- Operating concept
- Event concept
- Identification document of the event organizer, if applicable (only required if the present permit for a prostitution business and the corresponding documentation was issued in another federal state/municipality)
- Documents demonstrating that the rooms, buildings or other fixed or mobile facilities used meet the requirements, for example: floor plan drawing
- Rental agreement or declaration of consent of the owner of the rooms, buildings or other fixed or mobile facilities used
- Copies of the registration or alias certificates of the prostitutes who are expected to work at the prostitution event
- Copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes
Please note
In addition to a permit to hold a prostitution event, other permits or notifications may also be required, for example, under the regulations governing restaurants, businesses, construction, water, or environmental protection. You may also need a separate permit if you want to use public rights-of-way.
The responsible authority has the right to monitor and control your prostitution event. If you hold such an event without a permit or fail to comply with your reporting obligations, you are committing an administrative offense and may be subject to a fine.
Deadlines
You must report the prostitution event to the relevant authority at least four weeks before it begins.
