Submit a measurement report on continuous measurements of air pollutants at cremation facilities

  •

As an operator of a cremation facility for human corpses, you must continuously determine the air pollutant emissions for certain air pollutants through continuous measurements.

  •

Detailed description

If you operate a cremation facility, you are obliged to measure and report the facility's emissions. You must have installed devices for the continuous measurement of carbon monoxide, oxygen, smoke density and temperature in your cremation facility. The installation of the measuring devices must have been checked by a recognized expert. The measuring devices must be checked and calibrated at regular intervals. You calculate the average values for each consecutive hour from the hourly measured values. You create a measurement report with the average values. You submit the measurement report to the responsible emission control authority by March 31st of the year following the measurement at the latest.
