In the event of a mental crisis, our experienced specialists will advise you on the phone. Qualified support can make it easier for you to get out of the crisis, which is why we also offer you contact mediation in the Hamburg supply landscape.



All adult citizens who live in Hamburg can use the crisis hotline.



The crisis hotline is there for you until late in the evening, at weekends and on public holidays.

  • If you are in an acute psychological crisis situation and need quick support,
  • If you are affected/threatened by a mental illness or mental disability,
  • If a person in your social circle is in an acute psychiatric crisis and needs help.
