The coordination office, which was set up on October 1, 2019, is intended to be a first point of contact for the foundations if they have any questions or problems with their housing stock. With the help of various cooperation partners, the foundations are to be supported in modernizing their buildings for the future and thereby securing an important part of affordable living space in Hamburg.
