If you already have a youth falconry hunting license issued as an annual hunting license, but its validity has expired or is about to expire, you must apply for an extension if you wish to continue hunting.

Prerequisites

  • You are at least 16 years old and not yet 18 years old at the time of issue
  • You have the necessary personal reliability
  • You have the necessary physical fitness
  • You have taken out hunting liability insurance
  • Your annual hunting license is about to expire or has already expired
  • The consent of your legal guardian is available

  • Falconry license

  • Proof of statutory hunting liability insurance

Deadlines

The annual hunting license for young people is valid for a maximum of two consecutive hunting years. The hunting year begins on April 1st and ends on March 31st of each calendar year.

  • The responsible authority will check your application for completeness and correctness and, if necessary, request any missing documents or information from you.
