Detailed description
As a company, you are obliged to list people who you employ in homework or through whom you pass on homework. Working from home includes, for example, carrying out product tests and translation work. In the list you must:
- the name of the person
- the address of the place of work,
- the type of employment and
- provide a time specification for the duration of the employment.
When assigning and exercising home work, you must observe and comply with the provisions of the Home Work Act.
