Detailed description
Airfield refueling systems are stationary systems or areas on airfields in which aircraft fuel tanks are filled with flammable liquids (flash point <23°C) from hydrant systems. These are systems that require monitoring.
You need permission from the responsible authority if you use an airfield refueling system:
- want to build and put into operation
- want to change the design or mode of operation in such a way that the safety of the system is influenced
Permission may be granted to you subject to the following restrictions:
- limited
- limited
- under conditions
- with conditions
If the facility requiring a permit is part of a facility requiring a permit, no separate permit will be issued. Approval includes permission.
