You must immediately report an accident or operational disruption while working with hazardous substances if it has caused serious damage to the health of at least one of your employees.
You must also report illnesses and deaths if there is a concrete suspicion that they were caused by working with hazardous substances. You must provide precise information about the activity and the risk assessment for the workplace.
If you have already communicated the notification to another authority, you can submit a copy of the notification.
