Prerequisites

• There are no facts that give rise to concerns about their reliability.

• If applicable, proof of activities within the scope of further permits with this or other operators, stating the operator and to what extent.

Procedure

• You fill out the relevant form completely and send it, together with the required documents, to the responsible authority.
• In the appointment notice, please state the following regarding the radiation protection officer:
  • Area of responsibility
  • internal decision-making area
  • the powers necessary to carry out the tasks
• Please send a copy of your notification to your works council or staff council.
• The responsible authority will examine your notification and your documents.
• If necessary, she will request further documents or information from you.
• The responsible authority will check your information to see if it meets the requirements.
• The responsible authority will send you a notification confirmation.
