Apply for an exemption from the submission of an emission declaration for landfills

If you, as the operator of a landfill, are obliged to submit an emissions declaration, you can be exempted from the obligation to submit an emissions declaration under certain conditions.

If you operate a landfill, you are obliged to submit an emissions declaration on a regular basis. If your landfill emits only a small amount of emissions, you can be exempted from the obligation to submit an emissions declaration. You can apply to the competent authority for exemption from submitting an emissions declaration for landfills.
